The world has gone through upheaval. Lives have been lost and upended. A New Normal will hopefully be emerging soon. Our lives and our work are a constant series of endings and beginnings. Some of these endings come suddenly or unexpectedly. Others are planned and come more gradually. Some are happy. Some are sad. But each ending gives us the opportunity for a new beginning. As is said, “When one door closes, another door opens.”
The Coronavirus pandemic has rapidly transformed life as we know it for millions of people all over the world. For many, COVID-19 carries feelings and challenges of fear, anxiety, economic hardships, isolation, and many other stresses. This prayer reminds us that as we are not alone in our feelings and we can ease our fears by praying for others.
Bhakti is a real shakti as suggested by guru Swami Sachchidanand who is an eminent thinker and a preacher in his own right with a deep faith in Universal truth. He is a social reformer, a humanitarian, a philosopher, a welfare activist, and many more. He probes into human pitfalls to uplift human values and the whole society at large. He preaches to the people to be free from magic, blind faiths, beliefs and miracles.
He has addressed the importance of prayer as a powerful opportunity to talk to God, While most people know that prayer is our opportunity to ask God for help, we often forget that it is meant to be a transforming experience for us as well. When we take time to sit back and listen for a response from God, we are attempting to make prayer into a two-way conversation instead of a one-way monologue
